Cancellation Policy

Any trips canceled by Bill Slayer Sportfishing due to weather or any other factor will be rescheduled in the current year or carried forward into the next year. Deposits will only be refunded after all attempts to reschedule are unsuccessful.

Any trip canceled by the customer more than 14 days from the scheduled trip will be refunded. If the customer cancels the trip 14 days or less from the scheduled trip, deposits will be forfeited if the scheduled day cannot be filled by another party.

If the customer does not arrive at the dock at the designated time for the scheduled trip, the deposit will be forfeited.
